The content in this book is in many ways confronting but at the same time comforting. Sukie Miller has addressed a series of topics that are mostly ignored in our Society which seems to think that it can live for ever. Then when death makes its appearance one sees a sense of disbelief and fear that, for many, creates questions that can not be answered.She and her colleagues have collected wonderful stories from all over the world addressing what happens after death. Written in a refreshing and sympathetic manner, she offers explanations that various cultures have adopted to address what will happen to all of us one day. I liked the ending because I am comfortable with it. Hope, which is after all a form of faith, grants comfort.
I would give it a 4.5 rating, mainly because it took me many sittings to complete it - perhaps it's a 5 and I am the problem. A oggs read!
