Lots of pictures and in-depth material, covering everything from kiting and launching, to flying and weather. I'd give it 5 stars but the book really needs to be edited properly. lots of good info for the people getting started. Full of spelling errors and poor grammar though.

Everything you ever wanted to know about Powered Paragliding! I've learned so much from this book. Easy to read, easy to follow and after reading, you will become an expert.
Doesn't replace and actual instructor, but almost!...lol
Great book covering all things PPG. A good start but please get a trainer in your area and don't attempt the sport without guidance.
PS I don't mean to be picky but language matters. There are more than a few errors in spelling. Could use a good once-over with an editor.
If you are considering the hobby of powered paragliding, then this should be your first purchase. Reading through it gives a lot of realistic insights in what it takes and how to go about learning and lots of knowledge you need to be competent and safe.
This book has excellent information! I can't give it 5 stars because the book has TONS of grammatical errors. I am not a grammar nerd, which is even worse that I was able to catch so many problems. A published book should be edited and reviewed multiple times and this book just doesn't feel like it was. If you can get through the grammar problems, the information is fantastic. I hear it is a little outdated but I think it's a great resource for newbies like me.
